1. How do I order a T-Shirt, or other types of product from RGC Clothing?There are many ways you can order our product. The fastest and easiest way to order our product is to fill out the member registration, then select which ever of our product that you wish to purchase, select "Checkout" and follow the simple easy steps then wait 4 - 6 weeks (Maybe even earlier depending on which for of shipping you chose to go with) and your product will arrive usually right to your door.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept, PayPal, Credit Cards, Email Money Transfers (EMT's). Direct Deposit (email for banking Information).
3. Are there Tax's or any unseen costs that I may be charged?
All the Tax's are included in the price, shipping is usually 10$'s but this can vary depending on where you are located, and how much product you purchase, the larger the box, and more weight can sometimes mean more shipping costs. But you will be notified by the post office, or be aware A.S.A.P on any extra costs that may be needed.
4. Do you ship to just Canada?
No, we ship around the world, and currently ship with Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.
5. Do you accept all currency's?
No we currently only accept Canadian Dollars (CAN) and request that all payments be made in Canadian Dollars. The easiest way to do this is to pay via PayPal, or via your Credit Card.
6. The Shirt I received is Damaged?
If any of the product you received is damaged, please email us to let us know immediately. Upon our request, we may or may not request that you put the product back in the bag, or box that it came in, and return it to the post office with the given address for further inspection by one of our representatives. ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE REPLACED IF DAMAGE OCCURS UPON ARRIVAL FROM SHIPPING!
7. How long can I expect my product to take to arrive?
Depending on which shipping company you chose to ship your product with will depend the time that it takes to receive your parcel. It usually takes 4-6 weeks depending on your locality.
